Kid at Heart

I am a kid at heart. I like to act goofy, sing in the car, I enjoy Disney World immensely, and make silly faces whenever possible, much to my family’s dismay.

Being such a kid, it’s no wonder I jumped for joy when asked to try out MultiVites by Vitafusion.

Berry, peach, and orange goodness that pack a powerful punch in just two gummies per day, making taking vitamins enjoyable. The problem is, one flavor gets left out every day. Sad times. I try to rotate to make things fair.

I am not a huge fan of swallowing what I like to call “horse pills” so these little guys are right up my alley. I also have a bad habit of never having water around when taking pills, so the gummies eliminate the need for water. Hooray!

These vitamins are available for all life stages (check out the L’il critters, Pre Natal, men’s, women’s, platinum 50+, and sour flavor!) and are make with natural flavors, right here in the USA. Also, they are easy to find nationwide at stores like Target, Wal-Mart, Costco, and  CVS.

One serving contains as much Vitamin A as one cup of broccoli, as much vitamin C as a tangerine, and as much vitamin D3 as 3 ounces of Salmon, which is great for me since I don’t eat fish. They are also a great source of folic acid, and vitamins B6 and B12. They also support immune health and your metabolism.

Supplement Facts

I typically take one vitamin in the morning, and then one after lunch. It’s easy for me to remember because I WANT to take them since they are so good!

QOTD: Do you take a vitamin? What about a gummy vitamin?

  1. These are the vitamins that I take! Love them! I can’t do big pills either!

  2. Kristyn says:

I actually took these pre natals with both of my pregnancies! And i would take them at night before bed. Regular pre natals would make me throw up instantly. I think it was the smell and the size of the pill. I recommend these gummies to any prego friends because they taste good and are easy to take.

  3. I need to try these! I know I need to take a multivitamin, but everytime I take a regular women’s one-a-day, I feel extremely nauseous.

  4. Oh yes, I take the Vitafusion for Omega-3. I do eat fish, but not a whole lot of salmon. I find it to be very heavy. I have a pill cutter (because yes, they are horse pills), so I take half a women’s active One-a-Day and then the Omega-3.

  5. Yes I take a daily vitamin…the Disney Princess Gummy vitamins! 😉 They’re so good and like dessert! I can’t take horse pills I take the gummies! I’ll have to try this brand!

  6. Great minds think alike…you and Karen both used your “jumping at Princess Half” picture on your blogs today! 🙂

  7. Love that pic of you and Karen! I’m so bad at taking vitamins – I was only good about it during pregnancy!

  8. This made me giggle a little bit! We had so much fun with those pictures! Yes, I do take a multivitamin every day…I take One A Day chewables because I don’t like swallowing pill vitamins.

  9. I take vitamins daily like Vitamin C and Vitamin B-complex. Anyway, I haven’t tried gummy vitamins. This looks interesting. I hope it’s available online since I’m not residing in US anymore.

  10. I definitely take a prenatal and vitamin D from Vitafusion, I need the gummies

  11. I usually end up taking some of my daughter’s gummy vitamins; she loves the Disney Princess ones 🙂

  12. Agree! These are so good they put my nasty horse pills to shame.
