Whirlpool and $100 Giftcard Giveaway

My husband and I have used different water filters on and off for many years, to try to be as healthy as possible. We drink a lot of water, and it is important to us for that water to be free of chemicals and other things lurking in tap water. However, we don’t want to constantly be drinking bottled water (cost and environment). All the products we have tried have their perks and downfalls, so I was excited to try the Whirlpool® Water EveryDrop™ Water Filter to see if it met our needs. whirlpool The EveryDrop™ Water Filter is very versatile in that it’s not a huge pitcher that takes up room in your refrigerator, and can be used for more than just pouring into a glass. Because of its size, you can filter cold water right into a pitcher or glass, or even a pet bowl, water bottle, or pot for cooking. I think my favorite thing about the filter, though, is that it is portable and even has a travel case. I can bring it with me in the car on road trips, to the gym, or anywhere else I am going that may not have filtered water. whirlpool1 Another great aspect of this filter is that it filters VERY quickly. Some products I have tried take FOREVER to filter the water, and you have to wait to get a drink, but not so with The EveryDrop™ Water Filter. You can filter water five times faster than the leading brand water filtration pitchers, filtering one gallon in just 2 minutes – which is awesome. For the environmentally conscious, this filter is a great way to save you from having to drink bottled water. The filtering power of just one EveryDrop™ Water Filter can save 450 (16.9 oz.) plastic water bottles from the landfill! You use a filter for approximately two months, so that’s a LOT of water bottles per year. It’s really easy to use. You simply take the replacement filter out of the bag, soak it in water for ten minutes, shake it for ten seconds, and pop it into the filter. whirlpool3 Then, just set the funnel into a glass, hold it over a pitcher, pot, bottle, etc. and pour in your tap water and watch it work quickly. whirlpool4 So far I am really enjoying the product and think it’s such a neat concept for on the go, especially for people like me heading to the gym, constantly filling a water bottle, and traveling all the time!

  1. Unexpected place? Maybe at a park that has the public drinking fountains. Those gross me out. But I know Id use it in airports and hotels since I travel so often. I spend too much of my per diem on water bottles.

  2. Bridie Rist says:

It would be perfect for when we cruise. The tap water is so chlorinated and I hate spending so much on bottles.

  3. I could use this when I go on vacation, at the hotel or relative’s houses.

  4. I could use it at the rest stop area on the drive down to Disney World.

  5. Kimberley Frey says:

My unexpected place would be DISNEY WORLD! We have the brita water bottles with the filters but a lot of times forget to take them from the hotel. It would be great to just pop this in my bag and then be able to use our reusable mugs at water fountains or quick serve restaurants to get water.

  6. What a neat idea. This would be so easy to take to work or especially when traveling. You never know what chemicals will be in the water in a new place.

  7. Unexpected place? Probably the airport. We’ll be making a couple races trips in the next few months… Or, like others have mentioned, Disney World. It’d be kind of funny to just whip it out somewhere 🙂

  9. I could use it when I’m on long trips or at hotels! Def sounds like it’s portable and easy to use 🙂

  10. This would work great on a long hike or camping trip too I bet!

  11. I’d love to keep this at my desk at work, I drink a ton or water but our water in my office is not very clear!

  12. I would definitely say work! We have these big ice/water dispensers that employees and patients use, I don’t know that they ever get cleaned and I drink a lot of water in a 12 hour shift.

  13. I would use it at the train station.

  26. Danielle F. says:

I’d use it at restaurants. I hate drinking unfiltered water and therefore never touch the complimentary tap water you get and have to always order something else to drink even when I’d prefer water.
