Weekly Recap: June week 4

Hola! This weekend has been a lot of fun! Last night bobby and I want to a friends wedding in NOLA and had a great time. I’m pretty tired this morning since we got in late, but we must long run!
Here is a quick rundown of last week:

Sunday: rest

Monday: 3 mile run, weights, 20 min bike

Tuesday: weights

Wednesday: 2 mile run

Thursday: weights

Friday: 3 mild run

Saturday: rest

We ate long running today instead of Saturday, and I didn’t cross train like I wanted, but this was kind of a cutback week for me so I’m sure
My body appreciates the break!
