Weekly Workout Recap: November 2013 Week 3

Well, this week was pretty uneventful. Bobby was sick and I wasn’t feeling to great either, so I didn’t do much. My health and sanity comes first, even at the expense of Dopey training. Winking smile

With that being said, I am finishing up my Advocare 24 day challenge. Don’t forget I am doing a blog challenge where you can win money and gift cards.

Sunday: rest

Monday: 25 minute power walk

Tuesday: walked the dogs

Wednesday: walked the dogs

Thursday: rest

Friday: walked the dogs

Saturday: 2 mile treadmill run, weights

Yes, that is the extent of my workouts. Pitiful, but I am thankful I can at least walk. Have a great Sunday everyone!

  1. I’m finding some Jillian Michaels’ workouts are great. They get my heart rate up more than biking or using the elliptical
