Good morning! This heat is making me so tired I just want to sit around inside and crank up the AC! I am not looking forward to July and August if it’s already this hot. Anyway, to beat the heat and stay hydrated on runs, I like to drink Nuun. It’s so easy to just pop a tablet in some water and then you can rehydrate and get the electrolytes you need. They have so many great flavors, too…there is something for everyone! (If you aren’t familiar with Nuun go to their website and check it out!)

Nuun sent me two water bottles and some tubes of Nuun after I applied for the Hood to Coast team (which I sadly wasn’t chosen for, but that’s ok! Some great bloggers were!) and so I have decided to spread the love with you all by giving away a Nuun water bottle and two tubes of Nuun tablets.

Aaannnddd with that, I am going for a run, with some Nuun of course!

    Hi!

    I’m not sure which is my favorite flavor, having never tried them…but the Kona cola, any of the All day or natural hydration all sound really good!

    Ive only tried a couple flavors of Nuun (fruit punch and lemon lime) but I want to try some of the citrus flavors!

    I have actually only ever had nuun once – a small sample of it at the Disney Princess Half Marathon…so I can’t really say I have a favorite flavor! I tried strawberry lemonade and didn’t love it – I’d love to try the fruit punch…can’t really go wrong there!

    I’ve never tried nuun, but I KEEP meaning to… most of the flavors look great, and I’m really intrigued by the nuun all-day version that they just released!

    I love the orange flavor. I really want to try some of the other flavors like strawberry lemonade!

    I was just researching this because I’ve been having some issues with running in the heat lately. I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m thinking about trying the Tri-Berry. Typical sports drink don’t sit well with me when I run and they are too sweet.

    I’ve been wanting to try Nuun, but haven’t had the chance yet. Looking at the flavors on their web site, I think I’d like the citrus fruit or tri-berry. Yum.

    I was just recently introduced to the Nuun products and I love using the tablets to rehydrate after a long run or bike ride!!! So far my favorite flavor is the strawberry lemonade!!

    You can get nuun up here in Canada, but all my blogging buddies are talking about it. I would love to try it. Strawberry Lemonade looks delicious!

    I have only tried strawberry lemonade…but I think I use too much water because it just tastes sweet. I’d love to try any other flavor.

    I have never tried nuun before, but I love just about anything Orange or Lemon Lime flavored so I am sure those would be in the top. This would be great for my summer races!

    I bought some once, I think it was tri-berry. It was really good. It is just hard to find in stores.
