🫣Ok friends. I’m going to be a little vulnerable this morning because this is TOO GOOD not to share.

I started getting Botox a couple years ago because I have horrible crows feet and I got to where I never wanted to smile or would only wear sunglasses in pictures. I also have bad forehead wrinkles and in between my eyes. My lips are also always dry so I wanted something to hydrate them/give them a little more volume.

I was worried about finding someone new when we moved to Knoxville and I found a GEM of a human at the @breazealeclinic!

@paytonrn_injector is aaaammmazzziinngg and so sweet and helpful with what she thought my face needed. She even brought be back in to do a touch up because she truly wanted everything to look just right.

Emma Kate’s 8th birthday party was a success! (Ad) 🎉

She wanted a trampoline park party and that’s what she got. We had twenty rambunctious kiddos that jumped and played and ate pizza and cake. It was wild but so much fun!

The best part, @defyknoxville takes care of the hard stuff! We had our own party host that got everything into the party room, helped us decorate, brought out drinks and food, and cleaned up after. It was by far the EASIEST party I have ever hosted and Emma Kate had a huge smile on her face the whole time. 😊

There is also so much to do as you can see from the video. The kids wanted to jump so much longer than the hour we had, so don’t worry about them getting bored! They have packages for different budgets, and you can even bring in your own food if you want. Thanks @defyparks for making this our best party yet. I know Emma Kate will remember it forever!

Throwing it back to our #Knoxville staycation! (Ad).

We had a great time visiting locations like @maplehallknox and @babaluknox, which were both walking distance from our hotel @embassysuitesdowntownknox.

Maple Hall has a really cool bowling alley downstairs as well as delicious food and drinks. We truly had an amazing time and would make a great date night spot or a family outing.

Babalu is fun and funky and you can dine indoors or outside. The queso was AMAZING and the atmosphere relaxing and great for picture taking!

It’s mind blowing that she was born 8 years ago. I remember the day so clearly (and wrote a 3 part birth story on my blog!) She is such a beautiful and sweet girl, and I can’t wait to see what she does this year!

We (for the second year in a row) spent the day at @dollywood doing all the things she wanted to do including carnival games and dip n dots.

Tonight it’s cookie cake and gifts, and tomorrow is her party! (Pray for me!) 🫣

🎃 It’s time for another festival at Dollywood

🎃 It’s time for another festival at Dollywood! We attended a preview event for their annual Great Pumpkin Luminights last night, and it was so fun and gorgeous as usual!

The festival starts TODAY and runs through 10/29, and is free with admission to the theme park. It’s a great family friendly non-scary fall activity, and is part of the Harvest Festival which also includes amazing musical performances and limited time food offerings! (More info that later.)
