I spent the day at @knoxvillehealinghandsspa and it was just the relaxation I needed after a busy month. (Ad)

They have two Knoxville area locations, and a wide variety of services! If you are looking for a Valentine’s Day gift, they have several bundles/specials available!

I had the signature massage with hot stones, aromatherapy, alfalfa, body cream, and a steam eye mask!
They also offer deep tissue and relaxation massages. I also had a Glow2 facial and my skin was SO glowy and soft.

I finished things off with the iRelaxBot which is an amazing machine that regulates and stimulates the body’s skeletal, nervous, muscular, and endocrine systems, effectively reducing fatigue, improving blood circulation, and alleviating soreness.

I left the building feeling like I was floating I was so relaxed and felt so good! I will be back! Check out my stories or their IG for the Valentine’s Day specials!

A day in our lives on a basketball Saturday. No rest for the weary. 😆🏀

But we love it and are so proud of how hard our kiddo works! One last school season tournament/Saturday this weekend, then it’s on to AAU season! 💪🏻

Are your Saturdays taken up by sports or other kid activities? Thankfully we have Sunday as a day of rest!
