Disney Trip Day 1

June 24, 2010 | Uncategorized

Ok so i decided I am not going to go REALLY into detail here with what happened on the trip, but it would be more of a picture diary with a few explinations thrown in. Also, I won’t do it everyday b/c it’s WAY time consuming but I will throw in differnt days every few days or whenever I have the extra time. Make sense? Ok good!

We drove to my parents Friday the 11th and had dinner and a surprise cake for Bobby

Left at 3:30 AM the next morning, got to Port Orleans Riverside around 3:00 PM

we all 4 shared a room since it was just one night, to save money.

We then went to the pool, then ate in the food court and went to Downtown Disney and got ice cream

Sorry this is a short one but I am realizing my pics are not organized like I want them to be and it is making things take twice as long so i will do more next time I blog about the trip, so sorry!
I took a rest day from exercise today. Tomorrow I will run here or at the gym. Have a good night all!

QOTD: what picture uploader do you use? I use photobucket mostly.

I know other programs are probably better than photobucket but it would be way toomuch hassle to switch!

Hmmm…I haven’t had any issues yet with photobucket. Maybe I don’t have enough photos yet to cause troubles.
    Love Ghiradellis!!!

Getting in a walk or run when I can. Actually drinking my water. Sticking to a skincare routine instead of overthinking it. Paying attention to my hair and scalp instead of just throwing it up and moving on. Nothing extreme, just consistency in the basics.

I’ve also been using Mochi Health for personalized skincare and hair support, and it’s made it way easier to stay on track without guessing what my skin or hair needs.

If you want to try it, there’s $40 off your first month through the link in my bio. @joinmochi #joinmochi mochihealth

Dancing Bear Appalachian Bistro took part in Cork to Fork on the Tennessee Whiskey Trail, and every bite felt like a love letter to local flavor. From bourbon-glazed pork belly to a warm cinnamon-bourbon bread pudding that honestly didn’t stand a chance at our table… this was one of those meals you remember.

Mountain views, chef-driven dishes, and whiskey worked right into the menu in the best way. šŸ˜‹

I started noticing little signs during my normal day. Just occasional bloating, gas, and that slightly ā€œoffā€ feeling. So instead of ignoring it, I listened. I slowed down, moved more consistently, and added Align Probiotic to my routine.

It’s one capsule a day and the #1 doctor-recommended probiotic brand for over 15 years—. I started taking Align to help relieve my occasional gas, bloating, and stomach discomfort* and now I feel more comfortable moving through my day. @alignprobiotic
