Disney’s Wine and Dine Weekend

November 9, 2012 | Disney, runDisney, running, Travel

It’s here! It’s here! runDisney Wine and Dine is upon us! I will be attending a meet up/tweet up this morning with Jeff Galloway and some other awesome people, then heading to the expo! I can’t wait to share all the excitement of race weekend with you. Bobby and I went for a 2 mile shake out run yesterday, since we haven’t run in well…a week…so we will see what happens at the race with no training + eating Disney food for a week! All I know is it will be a blast.

Want to track a runner in the race? Check out this link and follow the directions.

I am staying at the beautiful Boardwalk Inn, and we had gorgeous weather yesterday here in Disney World. Walking to EPCOT is so nice from this resort, especially during the amazing Food and Wine Festival. We hit up the festival this afternoon before taking a nice long nap. All I have to say is Boardwalk beds are super comfy.

Last night Bobby and I went out for a nice Dinner at Citricos at the Grand Floridian before the madness of Wine and Dine begins. It was fabulous as always and we really enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be back again.

I can’t wait to run this race with nearly 14,000 of my closest friends, so stay tuned to hear more about how my weekend is going. You can follow me on Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook on the right sidebar of my blog, just click on the icon. I am posting tons of photos! Also, search the hashtag #WineDineHalf to see race posts and #WineDineHalfMeetUp to follow the meet up this morning on Twitter! I will be sure to do a full recap of the meet up and of course the race, so stay tuned! I can’t wait to share the fun with you, who is ready to runDisney?!?

Aw, that was my first half marathon, and just last year! (Was that when we first met, at the expo?) I’m sad I won’t be there this year, but I hope to get to a Disney race again someday.

Sounds like you are having an amazing time!

Wine and Dine isn’t on my bucket list, Florida is a little bit far away, but if I had the opportunity to run there then I probably would!

Lately I’ve been using personalized skincare through Mochi Health and it’s been so much easier having products targeted to what my skin actually needs instead of just guessing every time I break out.

I started noticing little signs during my normal day. Just occasional bloating, gas, and that slightly “off” feeling. So instead of ignoring it, I listened. I slowed down, moved more consistently, and added Align Probiotic to my routine.

And now… it finally will be. 🤍

We’re not leaving Tennessee, just making a local move that puts us closer to my daughter’s school, closer to our day-to-day life, and honestly closer to the version of life I’ve been hoping for since we moved here. (Aka not so much time in the car!)

Still Knoxville. New chapter. Lots of boxes. Please pray. 🏡📦

Between dogs, snacks that never make it to a plate, and whatever is happening in my entryway on a daily basis… I needed something that could actually keep up in one go. This one’s been doing the heavy lifting so I’m not doing 12 different cleanups for the same mess.

Life doesn’t happen in neat, single-surface moments. From pet hair to crumbs to tracked-in grass, real homes have layered messes. The BISSELL PowerClean DualBrush™ is designed to handle it all in one pass without switching tools or going over the same spot twice.

Promotion: List Price $359.99, on sale for $259.99 ($100 off) from 4/5–5/30. Limited time only, don’t miss it. Link in bio to shop while the deal lasts 👀
