Friday Favorites: Target C9

April 8, 2011 | Uncategorized

Finally Friday! Yay, we made it! I have been a busy bee all morning doing new Disney Cruise Line quotes. Today is the first day you can book the new itineraries! I can book for you, too!

Bobby and I have a fun weekend ahead of us. Tomorrow, we get to participate in a photo shoot and video shoot for some promotional material for our neighborhood, and then we get to go to our neighborhood Easter party! Food, fun, and Easter eggs. What more can you ask for on a Saturday, right? As usual I will be sure to take some pictures for you guys. But for now, it’s time for some Friday Favorites!

If you are a long time reader, you will know I haven’t made it a secret I love a good bargain. and I love Target. and workout clothes. So, imagine when all of these things collide! Well, I will tell you so you don’t have to imagine. You get Target’s Champion C9 brand!

I am really proud of Target for stepping up the game and getting a good line of workout gear. Not only is their gear cute and comfortable, but they make LONG LENGTHS in the pants!!! YAY, no more high waters. No more people asking if I am ready for a flood. No more crying into my pillow from embarrassment. Ok, so not so dramatic, but you get the point.

See this outfit? All C9.

See these pants? C9 long length

See this shirt. Yup, you guessed it. (yes it is different from the one in the first photo. First one is blue even though it’s hard to tell!)

and this top…

…and this one….

and this sports bra…ok I could go on and on.

So as you can see, I I could easily be the poster child for C9 (hint hint!)

Most of my gear is over two years old and still intact. I seriously wear either the knee pants or long pants everyday. Yes, the perils of working at home. So I went to target yesterday and let me tell you how hard it was to walk through there and NOT buy any workout gear…But, I did buy some for Bobby! Yes guys that’s right, they have C9 men’s workout gear too. I bought Bobby two sleeveless dri fit shirts for $11 dollars each. No joke!

So if you have never tried it out, wander on down to Target and take a look! Oh, and don’t worry I didn’t walk out empty handed. Look at the super cute dress I got for $18 dollars!

Have a great day! I am going to workout and enjoy the sunshine!

LOVE C9 stuff! I have TONS of it as well and often talk about it on my blog too.

Last week I scored some of their duo dry running shirts for only $7!!

Just bought their moisture-wicking running socks last week.

BIG fan. I’d say 90% of my running gear and work out gear is C9.

I love the C9 capris! Nike will always be favorite (mainly for their amazing sport bras) but C9 is a close 2nd!

I love Target for all things. I got the cutest dresses there a few weeks ago and they were so cheap. I also have plenty of C9 stuff. My only compliant is that their running shorts differ greatly in size and fit. I can buy Nike running shorts and the same size always fits me, but with C9, I have to try them on because the waist band is so different depending on the shorts. You can’t beat the price though!

Cute dress! I love Target, but I always spend so much when I’m there. I have to go there later today; I fear for my bank account.
I love all Brooks stuff! Thankfully, I get a hefty discount because it is pricey.

For my “everyday” running stuff, C9 is my “go-to” brand. Love it!!!

I love C9 workout wear as well! (I actually wore my C9 capris on my 6.2 mile run today!) My husband likes the dri-fit shirts and pullovers too – he actually said he wants more, so a trip to Target is happening tomorrow! That dress is adorable – I thank that may be what started the “Hey hun, we need to go to Target” conversation 🙂

I’ve been thinking about getting a c9 sports bra for medium impact workouts (I use moving comfort bras for running, but they aren’t racerback, and I like that look better). Do you know if the c9 is supportive enough for D cups?

My suggestion would be to just go try them on. I am a C and its fine for me. Also They have two types, one with adjustable straps and one without.

Hi Claire, I’ve been running in the c9 sports bras for a few years now, through 5 1/2 marathons and many other long runs and they are great. I sometimes layer with a regular bra depending on my running shirt support. I am a 34D and love them! Such a good price too!

I also have a ton of C9 stuff! I like the fact it is consistently decent quality and not over priced…and they have good sales. I have the same blue tank and capris as in your first photo!

I think their sports bras are a bit lacking in support and comfort – but then I’m yet to find a sports bra that I absolutely love, probably because I am too cheap to spend more than $20 on a sports bra!

Aww, I love Target! I’m not gonna lie – most of my “work out gear” is really just sofie shorts and Old Navy tank tops. 😉 By the way, that yellow dress is super adorable! I love dresses! 🙂

Love c9 as you know! The sports bras and sleeveless shirts are the best! I also like the socks. C9 tops go well with my running skirts. When you splurge on skirts, it’s nice to find quality value tops and bras.

It’s still Thanksgiving weekend so this counts as It’s still Thanksgiving weekend so this counts as a Thanksgiving post, right? 🦃🫶🏻

I took the day off on Thursday and then worked a ton Friday, EK had bball Saturday and then we went out of town. I realized I never posted for turkey day! 😜

I have so much to be thankful for, most days I feel completely undeserving. God has been good to us, even in the days that don’t feel so good. His plans may not make sense at the time, but thankfully He is the one that sees the whole picture, not us!

We are going into the Christmas season with hearts full of gratitude and love as we celebrate the birth of Jesus. This is the most special and my favorite time of year! Let the celebrating continue!

Lastly, I am thankful for all of YOU! For liking, commenting on, and watching my content over the years. Without you, my career doesn’t exist and I am beyond thankful for the opportunities this job has given me. So THANK YOU! 🫶🏻

These architectural gems mix rustic charm with modern design—think soaring wood ceilings, giant picture windows, and a dreamy soaker tub that makes you never want to leave. 😍

We even brought our dogs along (yes, it’s dog-friendly!) and watched deer wander by through the trees. 🐾

Valley Bear Farms is tucked in the mountains of North Carolina, surrounded by peaceful forest views and plenty to explore. The property has hiking trails, a cozy general store, and other on-site amenities that make it feel like a little mountain village all its own. ⛰️

🎄 POV: Our Weekend Holiday Getaway in Pigeon Forge 🎄 POV: Our Weekend Holiday Getaway in Pigeon Forge
There’s just something about the holidays in the Smoky Mountains — the lights, the laughter, the togetherness — it all feels extra magical. #sponsored

Our first stop was Dolly Parton’s Stampede, the world’s most visited dinner attraction, and it’s easy to see why. The pre-show in the Stampede Saloon had us singing along to country and Christmas classics before we sat down for a four-course feast that could rival any holiday dinner. 🐴

Then the arena came alive with 32 magnificent horses, trick riders, and dancers bringing the spirit of the season to life with a friendly North vs. South Pole rivalry, toys that come alive, and even Santa arriving in a horse-drawn sleigh. Pure holiday joy from start to finish! 🎅🏻

Next up was the Titanic Museum Attraction, beautifully transformed into an Elegant Edwardian Christmas, giving Titanic the Christmas voyage she never got. We each received a boarding pass with the name of a real passenger, explored the Grand Staircase, and even touched the icy 28-degree water. The interactive exhibits made history come alive, and it was such an emotional, unforgettable experience for all of us.

And to end the weekend, we dove into adventure at Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show. Led by Captain Blackbeard himself, the Crimson and Sapphire crews battled for treasure with acrobatics, mermaids, fire stunts, and even a sea lion! Between the four-course pirate feast and the jaw-dropping stunts, it was nonstop fun and the perfect grand finale to our Pigeon Forge weekend. 🏴‍☠️

This trip reminded me that time together really is the best gift. Add Pigeon Forge and these incredible attractions to your holiday must-do list this season. ❤️

Comment “Pigeon Forge” and I’ll send you links to grab your tickets before they sell out!
