Gaylord Opryland’s Goblins and Giggles

September 21, 2022 | Travel

Disclosure: This post is sponsored by Gaylord Opryland, however all opinions are my own.

Fall is one of my favorite times of year, and I love that one of my favorite hotels ever, hosts so many amazing fun events! Read below to check out some of the activities during Gaylord Opryland’s Goblins and Giggles!

Hide & Seek Scavenger Hunt featuring Spookley the Square Pumpkin:

The Gaylord scavenger hunts are one of Emma Kate’s favorites! This time we were looking for Spookley the square pumpkin all over the Delta atrium. It’s a fun family activity, and you get a prize at the end!

Trick or Treat Expedition:

Indoor trick or treating! Please note this is only available on select weekend nights. Bring a costume! You are given a trick or treat bag. This was fun, because you also had to find all of the spots on the map to get candy.

Jack-o’-lantern Walk:

A great spot for photo taking in the Delta atrium, the walk has lots of carved pumpkins. I was super impressed with the skill level!

The Haunted Hidden Treasure Escape Room:

A highlight for the family, we had to find the key to unlock a special treasure chest! It’s not for the faint of heart, but don’t worry, a pirate was there to help with clues if we needed/wanted them!

Ghouls Night Out Riverboat Ride:

I love that there is a riverboat ride INSIDE! On this special journey you are given a sort of bingo card and your goal is to find all the things on it and put a stamp on each one. It kept EK entertained and we found all the items!

Frightfully Fun Zone:

This is the special arts and crafts section in the Delta atrium. Choose a painting, or a craft or decorate a seasonal cookie! We chose a special pumpkin cookie and just sat and relaxed while Emma Kate made her masterpiece. Lots of options to choose from at different price points.

Ghoul School:

A new addition, this was Emma Kate’s FAVORITE activity! Very interactive, your kids move from space to space “learning” at school. The actors did a great job.

Don’t forget about Soundwaves! This indoor (and seasonally outdoor) waterpark is a blast! Be sure to book a package as part of your stay so that you can play all day. It’s one of Emma Kate’s favorite things to do, and I love the the weather just doesn’t matter when you are inside.

These activities and more are going on now through Halloween, so be sure to check out the Gaylord Opryland website and book your package for Gaylord Opryland’s Goblins and Giggles before they are gone!

So many people I know follow and like posts and st So many people I know follow and like posts and stories from content creators, but when it’s people they know in real life….forget about it. All of the sudden, we just don’t need or deserve the support. We just get lurkers. 💔

Women, I encourage you in 2026 to find a table where women champion other women. And I encourage all the ladies here to be a girl’s girl. There is room for everyone, and we ALL need a little support, even those that look like they have it all together.

Let’s commit to helping each other on AND offline. A simple smile, an “I love your dress” or “your kid did great in the school play” or “hang in there, you got this!” Goes a long way.

I will never understand people going out of their way to intentionally bypass a person online or in real life. People matter. It’s a tough time of year for a lot of people, so let’s all act like the friends we claim to be and be there for each other however we can. ❤️

This one is great for busy folks who want to make a “special” drink without too much fuss. 🎄

It’s literally just water frozen in the bottom of a glass with some rosemary taped in it. I waited a few hours the poured in some Prosecco and added in edible glitter (you can use multiple colors!) pretty and delicious, and keeps your drink cold! Cheers! 🥂 ❄️
