Tomorrow I am going to do a light cross training workout, we will see what happens!

    JW- did your husband run at his own pace? I noticed that in the pictures I only see you and Karen running together.

      yes, he ran a 2:14 and we ran a 2:28, I told him to go on ahead, he wanted to see how he could do. It would have been hard to run three people together anyway

    Nice job on your 2:28 time! I love those medals with the beads. Way cool. Lots of great pics too. Makes me wish it were warm here. Seems like forever since I ran in a skirt.

      thanks! I know it’s not fast but for my 2nd half marathon I was pretty proud! I am sssoo ready for spring!
