It’s official! Yesterday was our first day taking over the Orange Leaf frozen yogurt shop here in  Mississippi. It was a very long very overwhelming day, but it went pretty well. Bobby and I were there from 9:00 yesterday morning until 10:00 last night working. Whew.

We have a LOT of work to do and changes to make to how things were run before, but the store has a lot of potential. We have access to the store cameras on our phones, and were watching two nights ago and already see some issues that need to be addressed. I know change is hard, especially for the teenagers when they could do whatever they wanted at work before with the old owner, but that won’t work with us. Hopefully all the employees get used to the changes soon and everything is smooth sailing! So far so good!

If you are local to the area, please come by the Madison store and say hello!

QOTD: What is your favorite frozen yogurt flavor?

Congrats on the new venture!! It will take time, but I’m sure you guys will get it running just like you want it to be. I love a good tart mango or peach flavor, but my son always goes for ‘original tart’. My husband on the other hand likes to get vanilla and put 15 pounds of hot fudge and nuts on it.

So exciting!!! Wish I lived closer so I could come visit!! My favorite froyo flavor is usually a birthday cake with crushed oreos on top! Yum!!!

Awesome! Hope you guys do great and who knows? My travels might take me close enough to try some of that yogurt some day.

Good idea to monitor those teenagers via cameras. You can make sure your employees are doing it right all the time. If not you can easily replace them because I am sure it will be a fun place to work.

So excited for y’all! I used to have an Orange Leaf right by my house, but it closed. I was so sad because they by far have my favorite froyo!

I have always wanted to open a TCBY by me. Just need to get the capital together 🙂 The best flavor I think I have had is from Yogurtland Root Beer Float, sounds nasty but it was soooo good!

2016 was a VERY big year for us. Moving states. Running multiple businesses. Being accused of getting a divorce. 🤣🫣 People are wild, yall.

Looking back they were some hard, wild times and I now know more hard times were ahead for us, but I wouldn’t change any of it. I know it’s part of our story, God had a plan, and there is a reason for it all. Just gotta keep keeping on! ❤️

Allow me to de-influence you. 💁🏻‍♀️ Sometimes we Allow me to de-influence you. 💁🏻‍♀️

Sometimes we (myself included) all need a little reminder that this app shows short snippets of the entirety of someone’s day and life. No one wants to post the boring, the ugly, the sad, but it’s there.

Be careful not to compare your life with the people you see online. A lot of the things you see are inaccurate or a stretch of the truth, or just the best of the best. That’s not reality and I want to make sure no one thinks that I am ever trying to portray some perfect life that doesn’t exist. I’m a hot mess 99% of the time, and that’s ok! 😜

I sometimes am still waiting on an adult to walk into the room to tell me what to do….and then I remember I AM the adult. 🤣

When we get down to it, we are all very similar. I love you guys.
