We left off With leaving Castaway Cay after our first day, so here we go!

The next morning we woke up about to dock in Nassau
We took a cab to Atlantis

we walked around for a bit then took a cab back and had lunch on the ship. Believe we took naps that afternoon as well!
I also think this is the day I ran at the gym

We are taking a Disney cruise to the Bahamas in late September. I know you said you took a cab. How did you explore the Atlantis? My husband and I did an excursion several years ago but I hate to spend that kind of money for the whole family. Any suggestions? Didn’t find your blog until after we booked. Next time we’ll go through you! Love your running! I am training for my first half in November! Good Luck on the Mickey Medal! I am so jealous!
hello,you will have a blast! We just walked around. they dont allow you to go to the outside part where the pool is unlessyou have an armband/paid to go, and some for the aquarium. we just went to the casino for a bit, walked the shops, walked around the hotel, sat in the lobby, etc. then went back to the boat by lunchtime. very low key!

Thanks so much! Any ideas of how to get the swim armband for a lower price? My kids probably would like the pools. And definitely run the half!
there is a comfort suites hotel there that offers a certain number of bands per room, and depending on the season you can get the hotel room for cheaper than the price of the bands, but thats all I know about!
