Please Don’t Leave Me

March 9, 2011 | Uncategorized

As if we haven’t had enough drama already, we still don’t have internet. Frustrated would not be a strong enough word to describe my mood. He is supposed to be here again today until its fixed….well, its thundering lightning and pouring rain outside so obviously He isn’t here… I am hoping he will come this afternoon When this storm blows over. I have things to do!
Ā Ā  So here is my plea…please don’t leave me! I am coming back to my blog as soon as I Can. I am petrified of losing my followers!
Ā Ā  I will leave you with another picture…cross your fingers I get internet tonight!

I can’t wait to see pics of your new house! Stephen and I are planning on buying within the next year or so… However, we have to, you know, get engaged and married first!! But anyway, we’ve been looking at houses in our area to get a good idea of what our price range will get us. Did you all build through a bigger company?

bigger as in in the state but not nationwide. They have built in neighborhoods in south TN, north MS and south MS if I remember correctly. So its not just a local operation but not huge either if that makes ANY sense!

Getting in a walk or run when I can. Actually drinking my water. Sticking to a skincare routine instead of overthinking it. Paying attention to my hair and scalp instead of just throwing it up and moving on. Nothing extreme, just consistency in the basics.

I’ve also been using Mochi Health for personalized skincare and hair support, and it’s made it way easier to stay on track without guessing what my skin or hair needs.

If you want to try it, there’s $40 off your first month through the link in my bio. @joinmochi #joinmochi mochihealth

Dancing Bear Appalachian Bistro took part in Cork to Fork on the Tennessee Whiskey Trail, and every bite felt like a love letter to local flavor. From bourbon-glazed pork belly to a warm cinnamon-bourbon bread pudding that honestly didn’t stand a chance at our table… this was one of those meals you remember.

Mountain views, chef-driven dishes, and whiskey worked right into the menu in the best way. šŸ˜‹

I started noticing little signs during my normal day. Just occasional bloating, gas, and that slightly ā€œoffā€ feeling. So instead of ignoring it, I listened. I slowed down, moved more consistently, and added Align Probiotic to my routine.

It’s one capsule a day and the #1 doctor-recommended probiotic brand for over 15 years—. I started taking Align to help relieve my occasional gas, bloating, and stomach discomfort* and now I feel more comfortable moving through my day. @alignprobiotic
