I have great news for Halloween and runDisney lovers! The runDisney Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon Weekend was just announced, and will kick off the 2024-2025 race season next September!
This four day weekend of spooky-ness will begin September 5, offering a 5k, 10, half marathon, yoga, and KIDS RACES. Yall. I have been waiting for kids races to come back and am so pumped about this! Emma Kate has run the 100 meter dash at two races when she was little, and I am so excited kids will get to experience this again. (There will also be a 2 race challenge for the race weekend.)
The fun half marathon course will wind through both California theme parks as well as out on the streets of Anaheim. There will, of course, be Disney characters on the course with this fun Halloween theme. What a fun way to kick off spooky season at the happiest place on earth!
Get ready, because race registration opens Feb. 13, 2024. Mark your calendars, because this one will fill up fast! More details will be released in the coming months, so keep an eye on runDisney.com, and the runDisney social media pages.
