I pick songs based on up tempo and what I like. Honestly I don’t even run with music that much!

I pick them just based on what I like. Foo fighters always reminds me of my marathon training 3 hrs ago b/c I was constantly listening to them during runs. Ill have to look at that website, I like that it gives bpm too!
