I am doing something I rarely ever do, and that is post twice in one day. I realized I forgot to do a run down of last weeks training in today’s post so this week it gets a post all it’s own!
Week of January 29-February 4:
Sunday: rest
Monday: 1 hour yoga class, 4 miles running, 40 minutes of weights (upper body/back and bi’s and abs)
Tuesday: 20 minutes elliptical, upper body weights (chest tri’s) and legs
Wednesday: ran 5 miles with my mom
Thursday: upper body weights (back, bi’s) and legs
Friday: 1 mile walk on the beach
Saturday: 3 mile run on the beach

Miles run: 12
Yoga taken: 1 one hour class
strength training: 3 x’s
cross training: 2 x’s

I gotta admit – I don’t watch the Bachelor. Well, considering we don’t have cable, that’s probably not a surprise. 🙂 The girls are just too…I don’t know…crazy?

Looks like a great week of workouts! I really must add one day of yoga to my workouts. I know that my muscles would love me! 🙂
