Disney April Trip in Pictures

May 15, 2012 | Disney, family, Travel, Uncategorized

So I am still recovering from my food poisoning and also trying to catch up on work at the same time, and it is quite frustrating. After not eating solid food since Friday except a bit of soup and rice, I am finding it hard to wrap my brain around anything I need to do for work and just get overwhelmed, so after a couple of hours of trying yesterday I threw my hands up and just called it quits.

Since I really didn’t need a ton more to to think about today, like blogging, I thought I would share some photos from my Aprils trip to Disney with my aunts and mom. I apologize for the delay in my regular blogging, and hope you will stick with me and come back and read Running With Sass when things are back to normal, but I just don’t have the energy today. I know you understand!

Fingers crossed I will feel more normal tomorrow!

QOTD: Have you ever had food poisoning?

I’ve never had it, and fingers crossed I never do. What do you think did it? Try bananas, applesauce, and toast too. Feel better!

Heather… the man in your first picture… Is that Richard? He was at our wedding back in January 2005!!! SO excited to still see him still doing well. Such a sweet man. I remember he took my husband aside and told him the exact time that we were pronounced man and wife. Thanks for sharing and I hope you feel better soon.

Women, I encourage you in 2026 to find a table where women champion other women. And I encourage all the ladies here to be a girl’s girl. There is room for everyone, and we ALL need a little support, even those that look like they have it all together.

Let’s commit to helping each other on AND offline. A simple smile, an ā€œI love your dressā€ or ā€œyour kid did great in the school playā€ or ā€œhang in there, you got this!ā€ Goes a long way.

I will never understand people going out of their way to intentionally bypass a person online or in real life. People matter. It’s a tough time of year for a lot of people, so let’s all act like the friends we claim to be and be there for each other however we can. ā¤ļø
