I love the Cascadian Farms granola bars and other foods, they’re really tasty. Have not heard of fit frappe but I love coffee and work out in the mornings, so that would probably be really awesome to try!
I love love love coconut oil for EVERYTHING….in my smoothies, baking, on my hair, oil pulling, as moisturizer…everything…
summer (actually every time of year since we dont have ‘seasons’ in S. FL) I love fruit and totally lovin’ when I can grab fresh fruit off my friends trees! and bushes π
