Happy Halloween 2013

October 31, 2013 | Advocare, family, health, holidays

HAPPY HALLOWEEN! I cannot believe it is here AGAIN! (I also can’t believe how many Christmas commercials and items I have seen. Good grief). We don’t exactly have exciting plans, but we will spend the evening handing out candy to trick-or-treaters, carving our pumpkin, and watching one of my ALL TIME favorite movies: Hocus Pocus. Can you believe that movie came out 20 years old? This makes me feel very, very old. However, I watch it every Halloween and Hope I always do.

Halloween 2012

I will be hiding the candy after tonight, because tomorrow I start the Advocare 24 day challenge. I have been using certain Advocare products for awhile now, and I love them so much I have decided to start selling them. More on that later though, but just know you can order through this link: www.advowithheather.com

Bobby and I are going to my parents tomorrow because he needs a haircut before our trip and only trusts one lady to cut his hair and she lives by my parents house. Also, I need to do some research for a blog post while we are there as well. I will be around though, so shoot me an email or message on Facebook or Twitter if you need me.

Have a great Halloween, stay safe, and be smart….and scare as many children as possible. I kid…sort of.

QOTD: Do you have any fun plans tonight?

Bahaha! Bobby only lets one lady cut his hair? Ok I seriously can’t stop laughing.

Happy Halloween! I think this is the last year I’ll be able to get away with not letting Wyatt know what candy is. Sigh…

Happy Halloween! I will be taking the kid trick or treating, the older he gets the longer he lasts, so it could be a long night. Lol

Allow me to de-influence you. 💁🏻‍♀️ Sometimes we Allow me to de-influence you. 💁🏻‍♀️

Sometimes we (myself included) all need a little reminder that this app shows short snippets of the entirety of someone’s day and life. No one wants to post the boring, the ugly, the sad, but it’s there.

Be careful not to compare your life with the people you see online. A lot of the things you see are inaccurate or a stretch of the truth, or just the best of the best. That’s not reality and I want to make sure no one thinks that I am ever trying to portray some perfect life that doesn’t exist. I’m a hot mess 99% of the time, and that’s ok! 😜

I sometimes am still waiting on an adult to walk into the room to tell me what to do….and then I remember I AM the adult. 🤣

When we get down to it, we are all very similar. I love you guys.

From laying out my workout clothes to packing my daughter’s basketball bag… and yes, remembering my vitamins — staying proactive just makes life run smoother.

But I realized it shouldn’t just stop with me. My dogs are part of the family too. 💛 So when I’m grabbing our wellness essentials at select Walmart stores, I make sure to pick up our NaturVet pet supplements right from the Pet Health aisle.

At home, it’s simple: I get my vitamins and supplements, and they get theirs. Staying a step ahead means taking care of all of us — two-legged and four-legged. 🐶✨
