To be more specific, I’d love to read about specifics of training and prep for half and full marathons. Things like when in training do you have to worry about using things like gels or body glide. Meal and hydration prep before a race/run. Stretches and ways to avoid being sore the next day, (lol, week for me sometimes). That kind of stuff, maybe a marathon/ half marathon for beginners post.
