Pingraphy

September 20, 2012 | blogging

Who loves Pinterest!?!? (Are you waving your arms wildly in the air like I am?) If you do, then you will love this new-to-me tool that you can use to schedule your pins. Some of you may know of my love for Buffer from Healthy Living Summit and using it to schedule tweets and Facebook updates, but we should schedule out pins as well. Just like you don’t want to bombard a Twitter feed with update after update in a short period of times, you should space out your pinning as well. I know it’s hard, because if you are like me, I get on there and see a ton of cute things I want to repin and I go to town! This is fun, but not getting your blog or pins a lot of exposure since it’s condensed into such a short period of time. So, what’s a social media junkie to do?

Enter Pingraphy. If you are familiar with other scheduling platforms, this will be a breeze. Simply sign up using the same email and password you used when you signed up for Pinterest. Them be sure to drag the pingraphy button into your toolbar up top below your address bar for easy scheduled pinning, and you are ready to go!

Ok, so say you are on my blog and you really want to pin a sweet photo of my awesome new pink running shoes.

Simply click the Pingraphy button in your toolbar and all the photos from my post appear—with checkmarks.

Click the “uncheck all” button unless you want to pin eeevveerrryyy image, and just click the one or two you want to schedule. Hit next, then a box will pop up asking you to schedule the time/date and what board it should be pinned to, or upload it to Pinterest right now. After you schedule, click confirm and you are done! So simple.

Not only is this tool important for spacing out pins, but it’s also a time saver. Say you know tomorrow you are super busy but you want to get pins up, you can schedule a bunch for the next couple of days, and then not worry about it tomorrow when you are too busy to pin, are on vacation, etc.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

This one is great for busy folks who want to make a “special” drink without too much fuss. 🎄

It’s literally just water frozen in the bottom of a glass with some rosemary taped in it. I waited a few hours the poured in some Prosecco and added in edible glitter (you can use multiple colors!) pretty and delicious, and keeps your drink cold! Cheers! 🥂 ❄️

The end of the year is always a time that I reflec The end of the year is always a time that I reflect on how things went, what I want to do different or better in the new year, and to be honest…I’m always really hard on myself.😕

I often end up sad or frustrated that things didn’t “turn out as planned.” But planned according to who? Success according to what?

As we were ice skating last weekend at Gaylord Opryland, laughing and just having so much fun as a family, I was hit with what I can only describe as a warm fuzzy. I wanted to smile and cry all at the same time. I thought to myself….this is it right here. 🥹

If nothing else good happens, I’ve got this and am so rich because of it. These moments. This is what I always prayed for as a girl when imagining my family one day. And it’s here, happening right now. I don’t want to wish it away waiting for the next big thing to happen.

I just want to ice skate with them in a place that makes us so happy. Wha a year. ⛸️ ❤️

It’s still Thanksgiving weekend so this counts as It’s still Thanksgiving weekend so this counts as a Thanksgiving post, right? 🦃🫶🏻

I took the day off on Thursday and then worked a ton Friday, EK had bball Saturday and then we went out of town. I realized I never posted for turkey day! 😜

I have so much to be thankful for, most days I feel completely undeserving. God has been good to us, even in the days that don’t feel so good. His plans may not make sense at the time, but thankfully He is the one that sees the whole picture, not us!

We are going into the Christmas season with hearts full of gratitude and love as we celebrate the birth of Jesus. This is the most special and my favorite time of year! Let the celebrating continue!

Lastly, I am thankful for all of YOU! For liking, commenting on, and watching my content over the years. Without you, my career doesn’t exist and I am beyond thankful for the opportunities this job has given me. So THANK YOU! 🫶🏻
