Wow it’s been awhile since I have done a RWS Feature! Time to bring them back, since there are so many amazing bloggers to highlight! But first, what’s everyone doing this weekend? I will be watching football, working, cleaning, you know the usual. This past week flew by because I was so busy catching up after Disneyland. I hope things slow down a bit so I can enjoy the beautiful weather we are having this weekend! (By beautiful I mean highs in the upper 80’s instead of 90’s! Come on fall!

1.) How/Why did you start blogging?
I have been following a few different blogs since becoming a Sweat Pink Ambassador, and decided that I could share my experiences in losing weight and getting fit. Hopefully I can inspire others.
2.) Sum up your blog in a couple sentences:
My Journey to Fit & Healthy is about my struggles and successes with trying to eat healthier and get fitter. It also has some recipes and helpful hints.
3.)What do you wish to accomplish/achieve by blogging?
I would like to inspire others and let them know that they can get fitter and healthier too. It’s never too late to start on the path to heath and fitness. I also use the blog to keep myself accountable!
4.)What is your biggest healthy living accomplishment?
My decision to make exercise and healthy eating a permanent part of my life. I will never “diet” again, this is a lifestyle change.
