So, I would love for YOU to think about your life, and think about how great you feel when everything is clicking with your fitness and health routines, you feel strong and confident and at your best. What āingredientsā make up this āstewā for you personally? Itās a great exercise to help you see if you are currently needing to tweak and re-prioritize some things in your life that may help you to become a better YOU!
For example, here is my synergy stew:
Getting 8 hours of sleep a night
running 3-4 times a week
lifting 3-4 times a week
cross train 1-2 times a week
stretching as much as possible
eating a healthy diet
cutting back on sugar and processed foods

When I am doing all of these things, I feel strong and at my best. But when even one of these things is missing, things start to get out of whack and can easily snowball downhill!
