San Diego snaps. 📸

Did you know Disney makes it SO easy to fly into San Diego for a @disneycruiseline vaca? 🚢 (ad)

Let’s break it down :
1.) Flew into the San Diego airport
2.) Took a Lyft to @grandhyattsandiego which is super close by
3.) Walked right downstairs for dinner @seaport_village
4.) The next morning you walk downstairs to a special table in the lobby to check in with DCL, show your passport, be extra luggage tags etc.
5.) Leave your luggage at the door of your hotel room. They will collect it and put it on the bus for you.
6.) Meet downstairs at your designated time and board the bus
7.) Super short 5 min ride to the port on the Disney bus
8.) They handle your luggage, you just get on the ship! 🚢

It was so nice having everyone nearby and coordinated for us! I highly recommend arriving a day before your cruise anyway if you are flying, and Disney made it seamless.
Note that right now, the Grand Hyatt is the only San Diego area hotel that has the service of the Disney bus transportation to the port.

We just set sail on the Disney Wonder for a magical 3 night west coast sailing! But the fun won’t stop when we disembark, we will be continuing the trip to Disneyland so don’t go anywhere! All the fun is happening right now in my stories! (And saved to a highlight if you miss some!)

Things we love about staying in a 2 BR villa as opposed to a “regular” hotel room:
-Tons of space (we shared with my parents)
-full kitchen/full fridge and freezer
-washer and dryer
-full living room and dining area
-multiple bathrooms

Things we ❤️ about this resort in general:
-Can walk to Disney Springs from certain buildings
-Multiple pools and slides
-cheaper than most other villas
-Rooms seem more spacious than some villas
-Peaceful/golf course/lots of landscaping/walking paths
-Has a spa!
