I still remember when the announcement about AK as a new park came out and I was so pumped! Also, as a @rundisney runner, one of my favorite parts of the marathon is running through Animal Kingdom. Believe it or not, we haven’t been back since covid! We only have done 2 and 3 dash tickets on our trip and it has gotten the shaft, but I hope to change that on our next trip! It’s been too long.

Hey yall! Just sitting here taking a quick break and enjoying some fresh air while I plan out my to do list for the day. I have said before how I like to get my workouts done in the mornings before getting too deep into my work or running errands, but sometimes my feet are just plain tired and sore after!

However, as a mom, I know I have to power through and can't let that stop me from getting all the things done! I am currently loving @OOFOS recovery footwear, especially these awesome purple camo pair! They have just enough sass to go with the amazing comfort they provide! Perfect with workout clothes, or your everyday "let's run errands" clothes. My feet thank me every time I put them on!

Happy @rundisney #StarWars virtual race weekend! ✨

Here is a throwback from one of the years @bobbymontg and I ran the half marathon together. We had so much fun!

I know we still aren’t racing in person, but I feel hopeful that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and that we will all be together again soon for amazing expos, silly character pictures, and emotional finish line celebrations. Hang in there my friends, and a huge CONGRATS to everyone running the virtual events this weekend! May the force be with you!

When you buy participating products from Lipton®, Hellmann’s®, Best Foods® or Knorr® at Walmart, Unilever will donate a meal to Feeding America®! Also, interact with the augmented reality experience on Fight Hunger packs to see what it feels like to drive a race car, watch a special video from Justin Allgaier, and even take a picture with him!

There are also four Knorr® recipes that can be downloaded, and, by interacting with the experience, I'm so glad that @walmart and Unilever are making it easier than ever to help “Fight Hunger. 👉🏻My word for the year is balance. I’m trying to do a better job of balancing my work and play schedule, my food choices, and prioritizing things in my life that I really want.

I was reminded by a wise person that everyone has the same 24 hours in a day, so saying you are too busy for something or don’t have time for xyz means you are putting your priorities somewhere else. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing depending on what you want for you life, but it’s a good way to keep yourself in check.

What are you doing with your 24 hours? Can you think of any areas that need to be reevaluated so that you can reach your financial, family, or career goals?

🚨Sometimes we have to let good things go in favor of what is best, and that can be a struggle. 🚨

So tell me what you want? (What you really, really want, for all my Spice Girls out there) Do you have a balanced plan to get you there? What is an action step you can take today towards a more balanced tomorrow?

For instance, I had a cheat meal at lunch so I’m planning healthy meals for tonight and tomorrow. Look at me being all balanced! 😜
